I am a Jane Austen lover through and through. I am a mama of five and busy from sunup to sundown. I love saving money and making things around the house beautiful and functional. Years ago, we discovered that Mr. Darcy had intolerance to many foods. Mr. Darcy is a big foodie, so this was a blow. I have been determined ever since to make delicious recipes for our family despite the many roadblocks in the way. It’s not easy making a meal the whole family will love, and add in a lot of common ingredients that are excluded, it gets even harder! My goal is to make memories for our family that will last a long time. A cozy home, a good meal, and time with my family are high on my list of favorite things!
