Dairy-Free Pumpkin Alfredo Sauce {make it vegan}
This is one of my absolute favorite sauces! It’s one of the recipes I always have the ingredients on hand for, the one that I make when I want/need to make something good but fast. You can do so much with this. You can easily make it vegan. I served this on spaghetti squash noodles, so the meal was also gluten-free. I also served it with our favorite smoked chicken (recipe coming soon!). The end result is really good! You can also serve it with pasta (I used a gluten free penne pasta here). Or you can add chicken sausage on top. The possibilities are endless! This sauce comes together…

Dairy-free, gluten-free, egg-free fried chicken recipe
We have a lot of food sensitivities around here, we just roll with it! When you want a piece of fried chicken, what’s a girl with a bunch of food sensitivities to do?! Make it, of course, haha. I am sure there are recipes out there, but this is one I made using what I had in my pantry and it turned out yummy. I spent my early years in the south, so I guess it’s an instinct that I use a cast-iron skillet and Crisco to fry things, haha. I use this thermometer to make sure the chicken is up to the correct temperature, but not overdone! Seriously, one…

Dairy-free, egg-free, gluten-free breakfast casserole!
Having an allergy sensitive household can be difficult sometimes! If you have ever been to a pot-luck, you know the ones where you bring a breakfast casserole or some other dish that is full of butter or cheese, you know how hard it can be! Or, if you want to make a nice hardy meal in the morning quickly, put it in the oven while you get ready, and pop it out of the oven and have a delicious, filling meal, it can be tricky if you have a lot of food sensitivities to think about! My favorite way to serve this meal is…at dinner! Really, it’s a great recipe…

Cozy, delicious chili recipe!
I have made this chili for years and it never gets old! Actually, it’s the only chili I make! This chili is REALLY something special. There are some “secret” ingredients that my family loves. You can make this recipe as easy or as complicated as you want! Sometimes I add an onion and fresh garlic, sometimes I add some cooking wine in with the browned beef before adding everything else. You can add whatever two cans of beans that make you happy, my absolute favorite combination is one can of kidney beans and one can of black beans. You can also soak beans overnight and try this recipe that way.…

Crowd-pleasing dairy-free sausage gravy
Biscuits and gravy have long been a favorite in our family. When we realized that more than half of our family has a milk intolerance, one of the things we missed most was biscuits and gravy! I altered my tried and true gravy recipe and now we are back on track eating! It’s really delicious! I love that this recipe is quick and easy and really only takes 4 ingredients! I just make sure to have sausage and coconut milk or cream on my shopping list because the other ingredients are ones I always keep on hand. If you buy refrigerated biscuits or rolls, this meal is very quick!

Easy peasy shredded roast beef with Gravy
This is a super simple entree that you can whip up quickly. You can add some rolls and warm up some frozen veggies and you’ve got a quick dinner on the table! I peeked some sweet potatoes, boiled them for twenty minutes and mashed them up too because I wanted a little something extra. Sides are endless! I love my instant pot for when I forget to put something in the crockpot and I know I won’t have time or feel up to making dinner at nighttime. Basically for me, it’s like an in between making something that night and putting something in the crockpot pot. To cook the roast,…
