This is seriously the best pumpkin pie you will ever make! My family devoured it and had no idea it was dairy-free and egg-free! If you are looking for an amazing pie that is plant-based for an event or holiday…this is it! Pumpkin pie is one of my family’s favorite desserts and I am so happy that we were able to enjoy it this Thanksgiving! TEXTURE: I use JUST Egg and canned coconut milk in this recipe along with cornstarch and it creates the perfect creamy consistency! It’s a dream to cut and eat! Gluten-free, Vegan Bread-Pudding Recipe
This is the most tempting dessert! We aren’t letting allergies stop us from having our favorites! This recipe is quick, easy and one of the best things you can imagine! This is a total crowd-pleaser. If you have never tried bread-pudding, what are you waiting for?! Bread pudding was created long ago, something to make when you had stale bread that you didn’t want to waste. You don’t have to have stale bread, but if you do, this is your recipe! No need to waste a golden opportunity. Use whatever gluten-free bread load you have on hand, homemade or otherwise. I had help preparing the pudding. Kids love tearing the…

No white sugar added {vegan} hot chocolate recipe
This post contains affiliate links, if you buy something, there is no cost to you, but I will earn a tiny commission. I only share products that I actually use and love. Thanks! I literally make this for myself every day. Every. Day. It doesn’t taste exactly like traditional hot chocolate, there is no sugar in this recipe! I try to eat low sugar and carbs for health reasons, but I LOVE hot chocolate and I was so sad without it. That is why this recipe was born. I personally don’t love the taste of artificial sweeteners, and I have tried many. I use almond milk because it doesn’t have…

Dairy-free, gluten-free, egg-free fried chicken recipe
We have a lot of food sensitivities around here, we just roll with it! When you want a piece of fried chicken, what’s a girl with a bunch of food sensitivities to do?! Make it, of course, haha. I am sure there are recipes out there, but this is one I made using what I had in my pantry and it turned out yummy. I spent my early years in the south, so I guess it’s an instinct that I use a cast-iron skillet and Crisco to fry things, haha. I use this thermometer to make sure the chicken is up to the correct temperature, but not overdone! Seriously, one…

Cozy, delicious chili recipe!
I have made this chili for years and it never gets old! Actually, it’s the only chili I make! This chili is REALLY something special. There are some “secret” ingredients that my family loves. You can make this recipe as easy or as complicated as you want! Sometimes I add an onion and fresh garlic, sometimes I add some cooking wine in with the browned beef before adding everything else. You can add whatever two cans of beans that make you happy, my absolute favorite combination is one can of kidney beans and one can of black beans. You can also soak beans overnight and try this recipe that way.…

Beet Juice Red Velvet Cupcakes
We have a birthday party today and I wanted to whip up some red velvet cupcakes. But, I had no beetroot powder or red food coloring! I am always kind of shocked at how much red food coloring red velvet cupcakes take, so I was somewhat happy that I didn’t have any on hand. I made up this recipe and the cupcakes turned out pretty good! I really love how the color turned out, but it’s not the traditional bright red that is usually associated with red velvet. I love the natural-looking color better but if you want a deeper red, try adding some red gel food coloring. The recipe…
